Personal story

How I lost more than 25 kg

My real-world account of weight loss, food noise, training, and the verification questions that matter when people look at research peptides.

25+ kg down weight trajectory chart

Where my story starts

My starting point was simple and heavy: around 130 kg, constant thoughts about food, and the familiar feeling that every new attempt would eventually become another reset.

So far I am more than 25 kg down. I do not present that as a final victory or a promise for anyone else. It is a checkpoint in a process that still depends on habits, patience, and medical context.

The change was not only the scale

The biggest shift was not just eating less. It was the reduction of food noise: fewer constant thoughts about sweets, fast food, and the next meal. When that noise becomes quieter, normal choices become easier to repeat.

Walking came first. Then moderate training three to four times per week. Protein became a priority, not because it is magic, but because it helps with satiety and supports the body while weight is dropping.

Where retatrutide fits in

For me, retatrutide was the tool that made the simple habits easier to apply. It did not train, plan meals, or make a calorie deficit automatically healthy. It reduced the obstacle that had made those basics hard to repeat.

That distinction matters. A peptide is not a lifestyle, and a personal result is not a protocol. Individual response, side effects, medical supervision, and legal status all matter.

The sourcing question

Because this is my real story, the supplier question matters even more: what is actually in the vial?

A clean label and a purity claim are not the same as public, verifiable lab data. The minimum standard should be transparency: batch testing, traceability, and reports that can be checked instead of screenshots that must be trusted.

What to take from it

This is not a recommendation to use retatrutide, and it is not dosing guidance. The useful lesson from my experience is narrower: when the food noise goes down, simple habits can finally start working; and when peptides enter the conversation, verification matters.

Important: This is a personal story, not medical advice. Retatrutide is a research compound. Decisions about treatment, risk, monitoring, and legality should be discussed with a qualified medical professional.
